Villa de Drama uses generative AI to write the show as it happens. Every line the contestants and the host say is generated live while you play, by a small language model (Llama 3.2 1B or Qwen2.5 0.5B, your choice) running entirely on your own computer. It’s spoken aloud by an on-device voice model (Kokoro). Nothing is sent to a server and no account is needed. Because the dialogue is generated, every conversation is different, and a character can occasionally say something odd or off-script. All contestants are fictional, and the flirting, fights and crude language are part of the show.
