Smawverse is hand-built by a solo developer. Some 3D models started as AI-generated base meshes and were then retopologized, rigged, and textured in Blender.
AI image generation was used for a portion of the texture work, concept reference, all hand-reviewed and edited before shipping. No AI content is generated during gameplay. Every shipping asset is final, fixed, and manually approved.
