Generative AI was used during development for much of the current artwork and parts of the game's writing. This includes adaptation text, ship descriptions, story and flavor text. It was also used for the German localization and parts of the Danish localization.
The game does not use live generative AI, connect to an LLM service, or generate content while you play. I am currently rewriting some of the text in my own voice and reviewing the visuals. My goal is for every part of the game to feel consistent with its world, whether it began as human-made or AI-assisted work.
The current artwork used on the Steam store is placeholder material. I hope to work with an artist on the final store art and, if possible, bring some of that work into the game as well.
