Vienna, 1901. A bureau that authenticates antiques: without your certificate the piece is worth nothing. Silver, paintings, watches, papers — each carries a truth and a lie about its history. A predecessor’s debt makes bribes tempting. And you won’t get this right every time — mistakes cost.

The game is designed, written and built by hand: story, puzzles, research, layouts, object states and code are the author's own work. For the 2D artwork (backgrounds, objects, characters) and the sound effects, the author uses generative AI tools as instruments: assets are generated from his own prompts and sketches, then hand-edited, cut into layers and composited before entering the game. No live AI generation.
